Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with elders or people with disabilities.

• Valid HHA/CNA Certification OR ability to pass a competency evaluation.

• Must be 18+ with a mature, reliable work ethic.

• Commitment to member safety and well-being.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct Care: Assist members with daily activities (ADLs/IADLs) like personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.

• Monitoring: Keep an eye on member health and report any changes to the Nurse or Care Manager.

• Support: Provide medication reminders and ensure prescriptions are refilled on time.

• Documentation: Complete simple daily logs for each visit.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Must have reliable transportation to visit members in their homes.
